Hello, we’re AllBooked

Our story began in 2012 when two friends, owners of an indoor sports center, couldn’t find the right platform to manage their operations. Instead of settling, they built their own, and named it Skedda. Fast-forward to 2020, and the pandemic reshaped life as we knew it—especially at work. As hybrid work became commonplace and demand for bookable desks surged, Skedda evolved, launching Skedda Workplace to meet the moment.

Yet, something surprising happened along the way: while Skedda focused on workplaces, community spaces—like athletic clubs, creative studios, and more—continued adopting our platform by the thousands. By 2024, they were the fastest growing part of our business, prompting the launch of AllBooked. In many ways, the business has come full-circle, now helping the very businesses our founders once ran.

Powering spaces that enrich peoples’ lives

Our customers are tennis clubs, music studios, and community centers. But they’re much more than that. They’re the places you deepen your relationship with your best friend, create something you can’t wait to tell your family about, and join people that share your same passions—they’re the third places that add meaning to your life.

The world would be a lot duller without places like this, but their existence often depends on a single small business owner or non-profit leader keeping them running. And running an organization like this is not easy. That’s where AllBooked comes in. We’re on a mission to make venue management easier, with software that automates manual work and saves time for everyone involved. We’re here to take the admin work off our customers’ plates, so they can focus on their most important job: powering passions, building communities, and enriching lives.

There’s nothing like working at a startup. The level of impact you have, the speed you get to move at, the many hats you get to wear, and the “oh my gosh, I can’t believe I’m allowed to do all these things” feeling are unlike any other work environment. Our team has spent their careers in startups, and wouldn’t want to have it any other way. At the same time, we’ve all seen how startups can take a wrong turn—fast turnarounds, running out of money, and abrupt shifts in direction. It can be chaotic.AllBooked is different. We’ve been around more than 12 years, building the same platform the entire time. We have thousands of happy customers, a proven foundation of product-market fit, healthy cash flows, and committed backing of the growth fund that owns us. Yet we’re also a small, fast-growing team that’s as entrepreneurial as ever, with business growth to match. We did the hard work of bootstrapping our business for years to build what we have today: a true startup culture without the chaos.

Lead Product Manager

Looking for the right stepping stone from being an individual contributor to product leadership? This is a player-coach role that mixes managing another product owner, and owning some features yourself. You’ll be the most senior product person on the AllBooked team, and have a major voice in our product strategy and roadmap. You’ll build high-impact features for a rock-solid product that customers desperately want. This role offers a mix of real leadership and hands-on building that you’ll only find at a startup.
